- Pre-arrival support to correspond with or coordinate any services you have contacted in the UK e.g., university and other accommodation arrangements, admissions offices,
- Airport transfers from all UK main airports to your accommodation,
- Welcome pack to include a UK Sim Card, public transport card (Oyster or railcard), smart phone charger, and basic toiletries,
- Assistance with registering with a doctor (General Practitioner, GP),
- Weekly welfare calls for your first three months in the UK to ensure that you are settling in well,
- Designated responsible adult to assist in emergencies.
